SanTec is spearheaded by Jessie Kuriyan, a well-known name in the recruitment industry. Jessie has worked at all levels – from mid- to senior level recruitment at leading global and local award-winning companies. Her clients are her ambassadors and many have been a committed part of her journey in the recruitment business over many years.

Jessie is known for her ability to marry larger business visions with meticulous attention to detail – no goal is too large, no specification is too small, no search too wide. She has lived and worked in seven countries across three continents. In matching candidates to employers, she draws upon her global experience and current Asia Pac focus. This gives her unique insights into those indefinable and unmeasurable facets of what the ‘human’ in human resource solutions is all about.
